Exhaust Rations to give any minion or warlord that you control on the battlefield. Then remove and place Rations into your discard pile
 
Relics
 
After you pay a relics influence cost and place it into your barracks, it can be exhausted the same turn it is played.

Behind the front lines, in the encampments and barracks outside of the battlefield, the radiant armies are aided by allies of all kinds. Far from home the spirit of the citizens of the radiant empire helps keep the troops alive. Cooks, priests, bards and other entertainment can be found among the wounded and the armories of their forward bases doing their best to help the battle in their own way.
