Rules
 
Chose a mini then exhaust Wings of Radiance. That mini gains flying until the end of turn, and may move two units in any direction.

Flying minis gain the following tactical advantages:
 
They may move diagonally.
They do not pay to move up or down highground.
They may make melee attacks against a target that is occupying an adjacent space, even if that unit would normally be out of melee range because it was standing on terrain, too high above or below them.
